Finance, Audit & Risk Management Committee
To implement the strategic direction and vision in relation to Finance, Audit and Risk Management to assist and build the vision of Swimming Victoria. The following key areas of Swimming Victoria will be addressed by this Committee:
- Strategic direction and planning
- Financial Management
- Audit Control
- Organisational Risk Management
- Policy Development & Control

Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee meets the 3rd Tuesday every 3 months at 6pm
DECISION MAKING/ REPORTING:
The FARM Committee provides recommendations to the Board for approval in regards to:
- Budget Development;
- Financial Investment Recommendation and Management;
- General Policy and Procedures;
- General Organisational Risk Management;
- General By-laws.
The FARM Committee is encouraged to provide recommendations to the CEO in regards to operational improvements and development opportunities.
