Rankings Information
Rankings are automatically recognised at Swimming Victoria or Swimming Australia (SAL) meets, e.g. Victorian Championships and Australian Age Championships and Approved club meets in Victoria. These rankings are updated automatically and revised rankings posted several times a year.
Splits are generally not accepted, but will be accepted from State, National & International meets. These are not automatically extracted, and if you wish a split time to be acknowledged it is the swimmers responsibility to apply to the Rankings Officer for the time to be included.
For all other meets, interstate State Championships or club meets you must apply for the rankings to be looked at as these results are not automatically checked. Meets outside the State must be an approved qualifying meet for times to be included.
For non-National meets outside Victoria, It is your responsibility to get from the organiser a Meet Manger backup, or a TM File with the results.
Applications must be received by the Swimming Victoria Rankings Officer within 30 days from the day of the swim. Applications may be rejected if received late or the meet was not granted qualifying status.
