Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Swimming Victoria Inc will be held:

Time: 6:30pm
Location: Sports House, Training Room, Ground Floor, 375 Albert Rd, Albert Park, Victoria
(Opposite MSAC Outdoor Pool entry doors)
All Clubs and Districts must notify Swimming Victoria of their nominated delegate or their apology by email to: sv.admin@vic.swimming.org.au by 5:00pm Monday 26 November 2018.
As per the Swimming Victoria Constitution (Aug 18) proxy voting is permitted. Clubs and Districts have been emailed the Agenda and Notice of Business along with a proxy form. If you require another form please contact the SV Office. A Proxy Form must be lodged with Swimming Victoria via email to: sv.admin@vic.swimming.org.au by 5:00pm Monday 26 November 2018
Clubs or Districts not attending, and who fail to provide an apology for the meeting will be fined.
