Following the competition, 100 swimmers joined us for a JX Clinic which focused on developing their skills both in and out of the water. The swimmers had the opportunity to ask questions of our National level swimmers, Nicholas Layton, Olivia Lefoe, Isabella Boyd, Josh Seignior, Abbey Kearney and Noah Millard.
They then took to the pool where they had four 30 minute rotations on stroke technique drill progressions. With our coaches Rachel Smart, Mel Klamt, Marcus Blake, Tim Wright and Natalie Caldwell working alongside them to improve their technique. Thank you to everyone involved for a great session!
The swimming action continues on Monday 6 May with 15 school associations set to battle it out at the Victorian School Associations Competition. For all competition information and updates click here.
