ROLE OF ASSESSORS AND PRESENTERS/FACILITATORS:

The role of Assessors and Presenters/Facilitators is to deliver effective and practical education for officials.

 

NOP ASSESSOR & PRESENTER/FACILITATOR REQUIREMENTS:

Course Presenters/Facilitators & Assessors must have the relevant SAL Technical Officials Certification and

 

Assessor and Presenter/Facilitator training is for those who present and assess competency-based training in their industry area (e.g. the delivery of the National Officiating Program accreditation modules).  As the NOP accreditation modules are Competency Based, Swimming Australia recognise that to ensure the consistency and quality of the training program delivery throughout Australia, standards must be set within the syllabus regarding the experience and skills and of those acting as assessors and presenters/facilitators for the program.

All of the National Officiating Program Accreditation modules must be assessed and presented by qualified personnel.  For information on qualified personnel, or for information on how to become trained and/or recognised under the NOP as an assessor or presenter/facilitator, please contact Swimming Victoria.
