Swimming Australia has advised that due to the entry closing date for National SC Championships being before 2023 Victorian Age SC Championships, they will be accepting late entries for athletes that achieve entry times at this meet, under the following conditions:
- If an athlete makes a NEW qualifying time, they can process a special entry, without being charged a late fee.
- This submission must be submitted no later than 11:59pm Sunday 3rd September 2023. Requests after this time will be declined.
- The Swimmer must enter all other available entries via Swim Central before the closing date. Swimmers are not permitted to wait to submit all their entries via the late form after the closing date, as their other entries will be rejected.
- If the swimmer already has a valid qualifying time for a particular event, they must use this time and enter via Swim Central before the closing date. Swimming Australia will not accept "updated" or "faster" times achieved after the closing date, if a swimmer has already qualified.
