Following the Victorian Government announcement this morning, Swimming Victoria is pleased to confirm that the 2021 Victorian Open LC Championships will commence on Saturday 20 February. The updated timed finals program can be located HERE along with the athlete list. Please ensure that you check your entries and advise events@vic.swimming.org.au of any incorrect entries or withdrawals where possible.
Please be aware of the following changes:
- The competition will be conducted on Saturday 20 February & Sunday 21 February as timed finals event.
- The event will still be conducted as a Championship event with medals and points awarded.
- Relay events are not included in the new timed finals format.
- This is a closed event. To ensure capacity limits are met at the venue each athlete may attend with 1 x parent/guardian spectator only.
- Coaches and Team Managers must nominate their attendance via Swim Central.

- Multi Class athletes and athletes aged 19 & over are also eligible to compete at the 2021 Victorian Age LC Championships (4-8 March 2021). The Event Listing and Qualifying Times will be altered to allow for these changes and available Thursday 18 February 2021. The entry process for Multi Class athletes, 19 & over’s and those who may now qualify with the adjusted qualifying times will be communicated on Monday 22 February 2021.
